| Step 2 | The date and time you inquired will be a provisional reservation. We will send you an email with information about your provisional reservation, so please check it. |
| Step 3 | After purchasing the ticket, it will change from a provisional reservation to a final reservation, and the reservation will be confirmed. |
| Fly with you ! | Tickets will only be mailed to those who have purchased an optional boarding pass or purchased a gift flight. We have sent you a reservation completion guide email, so please show the email to the reception when you come to the store. |
| Ticket validity Period | Purchased tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. |
| Reservation change | If you wish to change the reservation date and time, please contact us by 17:00 the day before the reservation date. |
